Our private debt team focuses on senior secured corporate direct lending strategies in Europe and North America. We emphasise the core and lower mid-market and diversify across traditional first lien, stretched senior and unitranche, sponsored and sponsorless and primary and secondary strategies.

The team applies an “all-weather strategy”, focusing on high quality borrowers, conservative credit parameters and structural protection.

Portfolio construction is supported by detailed credit analysis and ongoing monitoring, with full look-through to the parameters of each underlying loan. The objective is to deliver stable, risk-adjusted returns across market cycles at low volatility.
