Each year, we host a series of Brown Bag lunches featuring start-ups and charities, and we are proud to extend our philanthropic reach internationally through our partnership with Swiss NGO myclimate, our emissions offsetting partner.
Our investment screening process includes a thorough review of a portfolio fund manager's social processes, including diversity on a granular level: total headcount, investment committee, and investment team. By doing so, we aim to build portfolios that are financially resilient and aligned with positive long-term social objectives.
