Nicolò Buffa di Castelalto

Nicolò is Co-Head of the Amundi Alpha Associates Infrastructure investment team and is vice chairman of the Infrastructure Investment Committee. He has been active in infrastructure and private equity investing since 2008. He is responsible for the due diligence, evaluation, execution and management of fund investments, secondary transactions and direct co-investments. His focus is on infrastructure investments across all strategies.
Nicolò joined Amundi Alpha Associates in 2008. Previously, he was a senior underwriter at Atradius Credit Insurance NV in Milan, Italy, a global leader in credit insurance services. Earlier in his career, he worked at the syndication desk of Caboto-Banca IMI.
Nicolò holds a Master of Science (MSc) in finance and economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
